013So what do you get someone who has everything? How about something that is personalized and filled with family memories. Something that can be added to each year as children grow. These are not just fun for the holiday how cute would it be for a wedding or for a special anniversary and wouldn’t Grandma and Grandpa love one of these or maybe make one and add your child’s school picture each year. They are really easy to make I did these two in about 40 minutes.

So what will you need for supplies ~

Wire wreath form and ribbon or a purchased wreath

Wooden shapes in assorted sizes

Copies of pictures

Hot Glue Gun

Glue stick

Glitter glue tubes  (mine are Martha Stewart from Michaels)

Scrapbook paper scraps

Any additional embellishments like small ornaments, ribbon bows or about anything for your theme.

If using a wire wreath frame wire the ribbon around until it is pretty full. You can use one color of ribbon or two. I added some small bows in turquoise and red bulbs to the cream wreath it looked a bit plain and wired a few small plastic ornaments to the red wreath.

Trace around the pictures and scrapbook paper using the wooden pieces as templates. Glue the pictures and scrapbooking paper with the glue stick to the wood. Finish of the edges with the glitter glue and let dry completely.

When the wooden pieces are dry you can either hot glue a piece of wire to the back of the wood and wire onto the wreath or simply hot glue the wood to the ribbon spacing evenly  around the wreath.

There you go ~ as I said quick and easy!

Blessings for a beautiful day!
